Transition Investment Support Program (TISP)

In early 2012, the national government had launched the Transition Investment Support Plan (TISP) for ARMMwhich serves as a roadmap for Governance Reforms in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM).

It comprises various programs and projects amounting to more than P8.59 billion pesos sourced-out from the savings of 11 national government agencies as follows:

2. Payapa at Masaganang Pamayanan (PAMANA)

PAMANA is the National Government’s peace-building program focused on the rehabilitation and development of conflict-affected areas (CAAs) under the supervision of the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) in collaboration with national government agencies, local government units (LGUs) and development partners. Priority interventions include Core Shelter and Community Livelihood for IDPs funded out of the President’s Social Fund (PSF).
