Based on the directive of the Regional Governor Mujiv S. Agencies present were Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DAF), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Education (DepEd), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Department of Tourism (DOT), Regional Commission on Bangsamoro Women (RCBW), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), and ARMM-Humanitarian Emergency Action and Response Team (ARMM-HEART).

Engr. Baintan A. Ampatuan, HDAP PMO Project Manager, stressed in her message that the activity aimed to present and discuss the status of implementation of the respective agency with their HDAP interventions in the focal areas in the 2nd District of Maguindanao.

“This is an opportune time to discuss the progress of the programs and projects implementation. This activity serves as an avenue for us to address those issues and concerns to be raised by each agency,” Project Manager Ampatuan added.

Atty. Laisa Masuhud-Alamia, ARMM Executive Secretary, emphasized that the ARMM-HDAP is a special project designed to address the needs of the beneficiaries and uplift their living conditions.

The ARMM-HDAP caters the conflict-affected communities that were affected by both man-made and natural calamities (such as El Niño and La Niña) which occurred last year. The implementation of the development projects started earlier this year when the Memoranda of Agreement were inked by the Regional Governor Mujiv S. Hataman and concerned HDAP implementing agencies.
